After leaving the Army, our owner, Eric Pauly, began his roofing career as a laborer for a large national contractor. Within 8 years, he moved up to VP of Sales and Marketing for the Northwest and Mid-Pacific Regions and worked in nearly every position in between. However, after years of frustration with the corporate mentality of prioritizing profits over the clients and employees, Eric decided to start his own company to be able to properly care for clients and employees. And so, Patriot Roofing & Construction was born.
